Marble imitations - Green onyx from Brazil

There are several kinds of onyx by which the principle name ‘onyx’ is usually used for minerals by which the colours are interweaved like layers or bands. These colours can vary from white to almost every colour.
While this green onyx with yellow and red veins is called ‘green onyx from Brazil’ its origin is the province of San Luis in Argentina.
